This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1)Fabricating, assembling, and repairing primary and secondary aircraft structures such as main rotor blades, tail rotor blades, floorboards, primary flight control surfaces, and structural panels utilizing advanced composite materials; 2) Developing and coordinating repair for each replacement ply of a laminate to be repaired; 3) Using flat patterns to cut individual plies from a variety of unidirectional advanced composite materials; and 4) Analyzing damage to critical flight components to determine types of repair configuration to be utilized. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.
