The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE including 1) Planning and assigning the daily work tasks of small boat crews, including operators and deck hands; 2) Overseeing boat crews during normal operations, emergency situations, drills, routine maintenance, and related waterfront activities; 3) Ensuring crews are trained on the proper use of onboard deck and safety equipment; 4) Inspecting equipment to ensure it is always ready for operation.
