Specialized Experience Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the (FV-H or FG/GS-12) level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes: • Experience and use of public or private sector corporate work plans; Experience in Program/Project Management software and systems; Experience in leading and providing work oversight. Serves as a Program Implementation Manager (PIM) for management of projects and programs related to the establishment, sustainment, maintenance or operation of National Airspace System (NAS) facilities and equipment to include the areas of Navigation Aids (NAVAIDs), Infrastructure, Communications, Terminal or En Route areas.
