The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: Reading, interpreting, and correctly following complex written instructions, drawing, specification, engineering standards, and manufacture’ requirements. Instructing subordinates in work methods and procedures in the proper use of tools and equipment, safe work practices, and operation of new equipment. Setting up and using pumps and spray equipment such as conventional, airless, air assisted airless, high volume low pressure, electrostatic, electrostatic powder, and plasma powder application. Planning sequence of operations for groups of employees. Participating in personnel matters including performance ratings; leave request, disciplinary and commendatory actions.
