To qualify for this position at the FV-H (GS/FG-12/13) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G (GS/FG-10/11) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience includes: Experience examining aircraft registration, recordation, and supporting documents in order to effectively review, document, report, and correct errors made by Legal Instruments Examiners; experience checking work packets and documenting errors of Legal Instruments Examiners; experience in providing assistance to employees in formal training, on-the-job training, and those affected by the changes in the Registry’s automated environment. Incumbent serves as a Legal Instruments Examiner for the Aircraft Registration Branch, Technical Section of the Civil Aviation Registry Division. Performs multiple, varying, and often complex assignments under the limited/minimal direction of the manager within the Technical Section.
