Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Industrial Equipment Mechanic Supervisor without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform the common Industrial Equipment Mechanic Supervisor duties which includes explaining the proper materials, equipment, or parts that are required for repairs. I can demonstrate how to interpret guides such as blueprints, sketches, and technical manuals to perform maintenance or repairs; providing quality control review of performed repairs for industrial equipment; and troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctions. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to ensure they are properly performed. – Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading) Ability To Lead or Supervise Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc. Knowledge of Materials Technical Practices (Theoretical, Precise, Artistic) Trouble Shooting
