GS-14 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Leading or managing a diverse team of investment analysts to oversee a portfolio of investment organizations; AND Performing financial analysis and evaluation of management structures, operations, and practices of corporate and/or other organizations; AND Applying rules, regulations, and policies to various situations of Portfolio Operations. This position is with the Small Business Administration, Office of Investment and Innovation in Washington D.C. The incumbent will provide financial and regulatory oversight to Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), as well as provide day-to-day operational services, guidance, and assistance to meet SBAs mission of providing capital to qualified small businesses.
