Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: comprehensive and practical knowledge of production methods, material management principles, funding policy’s/guidelines, quality assurances, maintenance concepts and techniques; thoroughly understand the principles and techniques of planning, estimating, funding, scheduling, parts procurement as it applies to production operations in an industrial organization; Must be able to make decisions that often require adaptation/deviation from established procedures, policies, and managerial practices.
