Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level (GS-11) or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), policies and procedures; -Experience utilizing Congressional, State Department. Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Navy policies regarding Building Partner Capacity (BPS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Leases and initiatives under the Security Assistance program; -Experience providing critical planning, schedule, and reporting requirements of Title 10 and Title 22 Building Partner Capacity (BPS) Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0300/program-management-series-0340/ Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
