GS-11 To qualify for the NUCLEAR CONTINUING & TRAINING DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, GS-1601-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing budgets based on plans for maintenance, repair work, existing equipment or increases in services. Experience conducting audits of shop trade theory/core tasks records and qualification records for conformance with established guidelines. Experience establishing metrics to identify material costs expended by each FY or Overhead Expenditures/Labor Expenditures monthly. Experience with procurement, storage and use of instructional materials and textbooks, audio and visual aids, training devices, and laboratory equipment. GS-09 To qualify for the NUCLEAR CONTINUING & TRAINING DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, GS-1601-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience establishing metrics to identify material costs expended by each FY. Experience conducting audits of shop trade theory/core tasks records and qualifications records. Experience performing tasks applying a comprehensive range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning equipment facility, or services operations with complicated technical requirements. You will serve as a NUCLEAR CONTINUING & TRAINING DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR in the ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS SHOP (CODE 950), PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT MANAGER (CODE 901), PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (CODE 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
