Physical Demands: Physical effort is moderate to heavy, and requires occasional lifting or handling of objects or materials up to 50 pounds, unassisted, following proper lifting procedures to avoid injury. Frequently required to stand while working, climb ladders, stilts or scaffolding, and bend ,stoop, climb, and work in awkward positions. Working Conditions: Exposed to a variety of seasonal weather conditions while working outdoors (exposure to temperature extremes). Tools, equipment, and heavy objects involved present chances of serious injury. Protective equipment and clothing such as safety shoes, safety glasses or sub glasses, gloves, rain gear, hard hats, coveralls, respirators, and other protective gear are required, which are sometimes heavy and uncomfortable. This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Superintendent, Tohono Oodham Agency in Sells, Arizona. Incumbent maintains government facilities and grounds.
