Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee & Labor Relations)

In order to be rated as qualified for this position, the HR Office must be able to determine that you meet the specialized experience requirement – this information must be clearly supported in the resume. GS-13: One year of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-12 grade level in Federal service which includes: overseeing employee/labor relations programs; providing advice, guidance, and direction to supervisors and managers on employee/labor relations issues (i.e. misconduct and performance); providing direction and advice in the processing of grievances; participating as a spokesperson in negotiation meetings involving employee/labor relations; and providing direct supervision to a team of human resources professionals. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements, including any selective placement factors if applicable, by 11/04/2024.
