Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in the areas of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and a variety of Workforce Programs; Experience advising and making recommendations on strategic planning and complex organizational issues; Experience with USFF, its Departments, Branches and Federal sector labor management practices; Experience with continuous improvement techniques and strategies to examine and streamline HR processes and procedures; Experience with the legislative process, administrative procedures, administrative case law, and court decisions; Experience carrying out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and communicating Support of these policies to subordinates. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Performance Management and Accountability Division (Code 60) of a U.S. Fleet Forces Command Human Resources Office (FLTHRO) of FLEET HRO NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
