You must meet the Basic Requirements listed in the Qualifications section and the Specialized Experience to qualify for Program Analysis Officer, as described below. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. THIS IS IMPERATIVE IN DETERMINING IF WHETHER YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF CREDITABLE SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE. DATES WILL NOT BE ASSUMED. GS-15: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal Service. Qualifying specialized experience is experience that equips the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Examples of qualifying specialized experience are: Overseeing stakeholder engagement and public outreach for an organization or organizational component, including the publication of promotional materials for public consumption; Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of stakeholder engagement events such as roundtables, listening sessions, town halls, or other public forums; Developing strategic communications strategies that leverage multiple mediums including social media that identifies relevant opportunities to elevate the profile of an organization or an organization’s mission or special initiative; Providing training and customer service on behalf of an organization both internally and to the public; Planning and assigning work to subordinates based on their capabilities, evaluating their performance, and providing guidance on tasks and administrative matters.
This position is located in the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Division of Policy and Program Development, reporting to the Deputy Director of Policy and Program Development.
