As a basic requirement for entry into the SES, applicants must provide evidence of progressively responsible executive leadership and supervisory experience that is indicative of senior executive level management capability and directly related to the skills and abilities outlined under Executive Core Qualifications and Mandatory Technical Qualifications listed below. MTQ#1: Demonstrated capabilities in project management principles, including planning, contracting, and construction management, particularly as applicable to federal financial assistance programs and complex commercial-scale manufacturing or energy-related projects. MTQ#2: Demonstrated experience building, training, and leading a matrixed, diverse team to support deployment of high-profile commercial scale manufacturing projects while working with communities and other stakeholders. MTQ#3: Demonstrated knowledge and work experience in leading strategy development, process improvement, and operational reporting across a portfolio of large, complex commercial-scale clean energy manufacturing projects.
