Only experience and education obtained by 11/12/2024 will be considered. In order to qualify for this position you must possess the Minimum Qualification. Minimum Qualification [GS-06] One year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility equivalent to grade GS-05 in the Federal service. Qualifying experience may include: (1) preparing and reviewing time and attendance reports using an electronic time and attendance system; (2) procuring supplies, equipment, or services in accordance with organizational policy and guidance; (3) preparing oral briefings and/or written reports for administrative matters; (4) providing support services such as preparing forms, documents, or correspondence, responding to procedural questions, answering phones, filing, etc. Minimum Qualification [GS-07] One year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-6 grade level performing work in or directly related to administrative support. Qualifying experience may include: (1) procuring supplies, equipment, or services in accordance with organizational policy and guidance; (2) preparing and reviewing time and attendance reports using an electronic time and attendance system; (3) coordinating staff training; (4) preparing and monitoring personnel actions; (5) providing guidance on administrative procedures related to budget, procurement, personnel, etc. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
