Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Partnering with management and/or external agencies to implement a security program by designing and making sound, strategic, and cost-effective security decisions; 2) Managing and advising leadership, staff, and external agencies in all areas of AT/FP, Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Visitor Control; 3) Researching, interpreting, and applying laws and regulations to develop and implement compliant security policies, procedures, and programs; and 4) Managing a workforce through direct supervision, workload planning, and employee development.
