Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a variety of training methods to instruct civilian and military employees in all aspects of air transportation systems, cargo and equipment handling; explosive ordnance handling certification and all assigned material handling equipment (MHE) operator training and licensing; 2) Providing informal training sessions and educational materials to employees on basic safety and occupational health principles, protective measures and safety devices and to identify occupational hazards; 3) Managing and/or prioritizing work to meet deadlines in accordance with assignments.
