Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-04 (GS-11/12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying human capital management policies and regulations to lead and manage personnel for the improvement of administrative processes for a warfare organization. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the LIVE VIRTUAL CONSTRUCTIVE TRAINING DIV, RANGE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $156,323.00).
