Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Total Force Manpower Management System (TFFMS) creating, processing and reviewing Manpower Change Requests (MCRs) and Activity Change Requests (AYCRs). Experience with the Quan/Qual process of balancing UICs in support of Enlisted Program Authorization (EPA)/Officer Program Authorization (OPA) production. Experience with annual Planning, Program, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) process and POM submissions. Experience with Intelligent Workbook and NMPBS. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANPOWER and PERSONNEL READINESS DIRECTORATE NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND DIVISION (NECC) of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
