Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing cost analysis and estimates to determine the reasonableness of the contractor’s proposal for modifications or changed conditions; 2) Conducting contractor performance assessment operations to ensure proper procedures are followed in accordance with applicable specifications; 3) Reading blueprints, schematic diagrams, and architectural drawings to carry out the terms of contracts and assessment plans; 4) Acting as a liaison between customers and contractors regarding contract modifications and change orders; 5) Identifying problems in contractor performance in order to make recommendations for resolutions; and 6) Investigating complaints from customers relative to service, damages, property loss and other matters that involve the contract.
