Specialized Experience for GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Experience managing or leading multiple projects in varying levels of complexity; and Experience producing publishable quality data reports for internal approval; and Experience researching and analysis skills, which includes financial industry and analysis. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Investment and Innovation in Washington, DC. The incumbent will serve as a seasoned analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of SBA programs and resulting effectiveness issues. The work of this position is performed in a staff capacity that supports the principal mission or line program(s) of the SBA and/or its organizational components.
