SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience applying advanced concepts, practices, and methodologies to manage large, complex new construction, modernization and lease construction projects. Such experience must reflect experience performing planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and control, tracking, reporting, and forecasting for such projects.
As a Project Manager, you will use your knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage complex, politically sensitive projects in its entirety including, but not limited to, the design and construction of new buildings and complexes, and business process redesign. Location of position: Northeast and Caribbean Region (R2), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Project Management Division in New York, NY. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
