Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, pay band NH-01 (GS-04 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will serve as a LIAISON SPECIALIST (Command Liaison) in the Office of the Commander of SUBMEPP ACTIVITY.
