GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying recruitment and placement laws, regulations, policies, and practices to solve recruitment and placement issues; 2) Experience using a variety of recruiting authorities; 3) Collaborating with management officials to write and review position descriptions, providing advisory and guidance to managers and command personnel on the hiring process; and 4) Using electronic personnel databases, systems and reports. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising commands on appropriate hiring methods, 2) Communicating with commands and management to solve personnel action errors, 3) Utilizing rules and regulations to ensure personnel actions are processed in accordance with the Merit System Principles.
