PROGRAM ANALYST (APPRENTICE)

For the GS-09 Position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying administrative practices and procedures to identify and recommend solutions to problems for the improvement and efficiency of a training program. For the GS-11 Position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to plan, advise, and implement training requirements for the improvement and efficiency of a training program. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (APPRENTICE) in the of Production Resources Department, PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Salary for the GS-09: 62,517 – 81,272 Salary for the GS-11: 75,640 – 98,330 A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary.
