Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing security policies or procedures to provide guidance for a variety of security services in the security disciplines (Personnel; Information (Classification Management); Industrial; Security Education, Training and Awareness; Antiterrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) programs; or Insider Threat) for an organization.
