Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Capturing recordings of all verbal and nonverbal descriptions of court proceedings using digital court reporting equipment; 2) Preparing, proofreading, or editing trial exhibits and an accurate verbatim or summarized transcript of court proceedings; 3) Maintaining or destroying post-trial court files with regard to established policies and procedures; 4) Ensuring proper supplies and equipment are present in the courtroom and arranging for seating plans and name tags for court-martial members, attorneys and military judges; 5) Keeping a calendar and informing others of deadlines and other important dates; and similar clerical support work within an organization.
