PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (CONSTRUCTION) (TITLE 32)

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. Selected candidate must be MOS qualified within 12 months from date of appointment. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade – MSgt (E-7) Minimum Military Grade – SSgt (E-5) Enlisted – AFSC 3E6X1 or 3E6X0 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which indicates you can reason in quantitative terms, can express yourself orally and in writing, and understand the terminology and data pertaining to the repair operations and processes characteristic of a production activity GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess24 months Do you possess at least 24 months experience, education, or training that provided the ability to coordinate products or materials from support activities; experience preparing job or work orders; experience scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; experience developing plans and specifications for construction projects; and experience estimating cost related to new projects. This specialized experience must also include the ability to coordinate with organizations and businesses; knowledge of OSHA and regulations; and experience with current automation support programs to input data, provide status of equipment and monitor job order status. SPECIALIZED SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience managing the function of the work to be performed that includes the ability to lead, direct and assign work of personnel.
