All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-13 level. Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. BASIC REQUIREMENT: Attention to Detail – Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement SK-14: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-13 level: Providing the vision and roadmap to the development team; Using agile to implement and migrate major systems to the cloud; Communicating technical issues with non-technical audiences; and Managing risks, governance processes, technology strategy, and support contracts.
The Business Solutions Office (BSO) supports the Division to identify immediate and long-term business needs of the Division, identify promising solutions, and partner with management to design an infrastructure to support the organizational, technology and data needs of the future. If selected, you will join a well-respected team in the Division of Corporation Finances Business Solutions Office where you will be the portfolio lead for the Divisions disclosure review systems.
