To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level: Providing technical assistance to customers and higher-level employees related to logistics and transportation program activities; Preparing reports to track transportation metrics and logistics metrics and assisting with the preparation of detailed studies to formulate immediate and long-range logistics and transportation program support; Conducting analysis related to the Logistics and Transportation Programs in order to prepare draft proposals and recommendations for program improvement. Serves as a Logistics/Transportation Management Specialist with the Headquarters Support Services Division. Performs work primarily concerned with directing, developing, or performing logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, aerospace system, or other designated program.
