Qualifications required: Knowledge of project management practices, principles, and procedures. Knowledge of one or more core federal human resources functional areas (e.g., primarily with Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT)and Processing of Personnel Actions) desired. Specifically, experience with the National Finance Center (NFC)applications is a plus. Experience with the federal or DHS acquisition process, to include contract management/oversight. Note: This knowledge and experience may have been gained by serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Program/Project Manager.
