Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze current and projected long term training requirements (2) Lead the development, review and analysis of a program’s Training Systems. (3) Plans and prioritizes work to be accomplished (4) Provides oversight and guidance to program managers and subject matter experts (5) Utilizing Lead Lean/Six Sigma efforts and methodology to provide process/program improvement.
