Additional information about transcripts is in this document. GS-12 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Applying conventional methods to analyze information concerning management processes to draw conclusions and recommend appropriate action. 2. Utilizing quantitative techniques to conduct analysis needed to implement decisions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). GS-13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Preparing written and oral reports on the results of manpower studies/issues; 2. Providing technical advice on force management requirements to determine, manpower and personnel management, organizational requirements and designs, and related tasks; 3. Recommending changes to regulations and other publications that affect Army manpower policies and procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) Senior Force Management, Integration and Documentation Analyst for multiple Army Commands and Major Units, with responsibilities for documentation of manpower, personnel and equipment requirements and authorizations, evaluation and application of organizational design/models, and implementation of staffing metrics.
