Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized Experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing maintenance, and updating of the Centralized and Integrated Reporting for the Comprehensive Utilities information Tracking System (CIRCUITS) Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings allocation data. You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Utilities Program Management Section of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 12.04%. COLA is subject to change without notice. This is a bargaining unit position.
