PERSONNEL SECURITY SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing security debriefings regarding access to collaterally classified information. Experience ensuring accurate and timely completion of final clearance actions and related entries of final security actions through daily monitoring of the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) or similar systems. Experience applying comprehensive security regulations and criteria to specific situations and circumstances encountered in the performance of making access determinations. Experience utilizing standardized rules, procedures, terminology, or requirements to perform processing of security clearance actions.
