Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing technical, administrative and management knowledge to complete workload forecasting and program management relative to all phases of workload, workforce, budget, engineering and other related disciplines. Experience working with the Program Planning and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process. Experience in planning and directing work from initial concept to final product generation. Experience in conducting studies, gathering data and identifying special project requirements and able to provide detailed business and cost benefit analyses.
