Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and advising on the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Utilities and Energy Management Product Line organization’s program and operations. You will serve as a LEAD PROGRAM ANALYST (UTILITIES) in the Utilities Billing Section of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 12.04%. COLA is subject to change without notice. Selectee must be located within the commute area of the command upon entry to duty.
