QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Successful completion of a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association and have the first professional degree (LLB or JD). Must be a member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Proof of bar status is required. In addition to the above, highly qualified candidates will possess the following: Knowledge of Government Contracting with an emphasis on acquisition strategy, statement of work preparation, solicitation, drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts. Knowledge of fiscal law matters involving the application of fiscal law statutes, regulations, and budget policies. Possess ability to provide advice on Government Ethics/Standards of Conduct, Freedom of Information Act and other administrative law matters resulting from operations and responsibilities of operating large military installations. Highly qualified candidates will receive initial consideration.
