Supervisory General Engineer/Physical Scientist (Assistant Manager for Operations)

Specialized experience for this position is defined as: (Must demonstrate at least 3 of 4) 1. Experience providing oversight and/or leadership over a variety of safety activities, which may include Emergency Management, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Explosive Safety, Construction Safety, Electrical Safety, Pressure Safety, Vehicle Safety, Packaging and Transportation. This position is part of the Sandia Field Office, Assistant Manager for Operations (AMO) organization. The Assistant Manager for Operations (AMO), will have full responsibility of the organization for Operations for managing safety oversight of multiple aspects of Sandia National Laboratories operations, including evaluation of operations involving hazards such as nanotechnology, nuclear, chemical, pulsed power, mechanical, electrical, biological, and explosive.
