Relevant experience must include one or more of the following: work-life services, medical records, human resources, safety, industrial hygiene, or other occupational health-related environments (for example, drug deterrence, blood donor, wellness, smoking cessation, sexual assault victim advocacy). Experience must also include managing programs (any type). FULL PERFORMANCE Entry is with an Associate’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree and no experience. SENIOR Entry is with an Associate’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Occupational Health and Well-Being Services (OHWB), Advocacy Services is seeking the ideal candidate to serve as a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) within the NSA Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program. This position is focused on providing an immediate response and ongoing support for victims of sexual assault, and comprehensive education and training for the NSA at large on sexual assault awareness, prevention, and response.
