Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Recognizing and addressing personnel by Military Rank; 2) Engaging personnel by established Command structure; 3) Creating documents (e.g., correspondence, reports, records) in accordance to established business practice; 4) Utilizing and operating computer and web-based software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite); and 5) Engaging with personnel and visitors in person and via phone with tact and diplomacy.
