SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience performing complex advisory services in the areas of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and a variety of Workforce Programs. * Experience applying, broad labor relations concepts, principles, and practices, including nontraditional collaborative approaches to labor relations, labor-management partnerships, alternative dispute resolutions, and facilitation. * Experience serving as a management team member to provide new and advisory Programs on organization-wide strategic plans and complex organizational issues that would impact the services provided by the Division. * Experience presenting and negotiating complex issues with the Labor/Employee Relations Programs to a wide range of audiences to tactfully and persuasively present controversial changes so that they are accepted and understood. * Experience with U.S. Fleet Forces Command, its Departments, Branches and Federal sector labor management practices to effectively engage with employees, all levels of management, labor organizations and representatives.
