SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience performing complex advisory services in the areas of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and a variety of Workforce Programs. * Experience applying, broad labor relations concepts, principles, and practices, including nontraditional collaborative approaches to labor relations, labor-management partnerships, alternative dispute resolutions, and facilitation. * Experience serving as a management team member to provide new and advisory Programs on organization-wide strategic plans and complex organizational issues that would impact the services provided by the Division. * Experience presenting and negotiating complex issues with the Labor/Employee Relations Programs to a wide range of audiences to tactfully and persuasively present controversial changes so that they are accepted and understood. * Experience with U.S. Fleet Forces Command, its Departments, Branches and Federal sector labor management practices to effectively engage with employees, all levels of management, labor organizations and representatives. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Labor/Employee Relations/Employee Benefits Division, FLEET FORCES COMMAND-HRO of FLEET HRO PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
