Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing program requirements and effectiveness for the Training and Exercises Program; 2) Providing program management for the development, execution and assessment of shore force; 3) Developing, executing and assessing shore force integrated training, plans, and exercises, policies, administration and programs for the command; 4) Providing program direction, including providing authoritative guidance and direction; 5) Maintaining a sound and viable Ashore Assessments, Operational Training and Exercise program. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position. You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the OPERATIONS TRAINING & EXCERCISES DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
