To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing all of the following duties: 1) Providing technical guidance to team members regarding contracting strategies and contract administration functions; 2) Advising management on the responsibilities regarding a wide range of acquisition and procurement challenges; and 3) Reviewing and auditing procurement documentation and procedures for accuracy and recommending corrective action. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
