To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience required: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS-13 in the Federal services which includes: 1) Providing technical reviews for all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements and serve as an advisor for the organizations such as the Army Security Assistance Enterprise; 2) Developing and executing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program requirements to include logistic problem solving; 3) Providing program management review and other meeting support to Foreign Military Sales Customers; and 4) Ensuring Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) documents meet quality standards, planning and assigning work, and establishing internal controls and procedures for a logistical team. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Oral Communication Problem Solving Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
