Your resume must also demonstrate at least must have a minimum of three and one half (3½) years of experience in defense acquisition and procurement law (experience as a contracting officer or contracting specialist may be considered applicable), in addition to other general legal experience, and corresponding experience demonstrating the ability to work well with a variety of senior level clients and officials. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to analyze and evaluate extremely difficult and complex legal and factual issues, work independently to prepare complicated legal decisions, briefs, opinions, settlement agreement and similar legal documents.
