You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Experience as a manager of a loss mitigation and servicing division with a federal agency, government sponsored enterprise, financial institution or mortgage company servicing FHA or conventional single family mortgage loans; AND Knowledge of single family housing programs, structure, missions, functions, systems, organizational relationships and default servicing operations; AND Managing the servicing, loss mitigation, and risk management program activity for FHA insured, conventional, VA, or USDA single family mortgage loans; AND Reviewing and evaluating new or proposed single family loss mitigation or servicing policies and procedures to determine their impact on current overall operations. Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
