Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of Acquisition programs and research and development, as it relates to Non Destructive Inspection; 2) Flight test and in-service engineering for aircraft and weapon systems to various Program Management Authorities (PMAs); 3) Developing NDI procedures, reviewing existing NDI requirements, evaluating and/or applying new technologies, assisting NDI engineering activities, and performing inspections on flight test, fielded aircraft, or naval systems; and 4) Planning, organizing and directing major research and development programs in the area of non-destructive inspection in order to enhance the performance of advance materials employed on aircrafts.
