For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide guidance on housing policies, practices and procedures related to the housing program; 2) Represent management at resident functions to resolve routine resident complaints and disputes; and 3) Conduct special studies and/or audits to support budgetary data, maintenance and project improvement of occupancy activities to prepare recommendations to higher level housing personnel. *NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume. For the GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Process and review customer’s applications for accuracy and completeness; 2) Schedule, coordinate, and monitor activities related to the housing operation; and 3) Mediate and resolve a variety of minor operation problems. *NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume. For the GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide customer service related to daily business operations, preferably housing management; 2) Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software; and 3) Track problems and deficiencies within an operation, preferably housing. *NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume.
